I'm thrilled to know that you won the copy!

About the research, from what I understand, the authors relied on several previous studies, including one that used nicotine to help improve memory in people with Alzheimer's.

I am also curious to know how the nicotine-cognition hypothesis came about in the first place. If anyone out there knows the history of the research, or if you're a researcher in the field, I'd love to have you come on as a guest blogger or at least, post a comment.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15666484433730489156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9165296348512373623.post-17913490651691675702012-07-06T02:32:52.465-07:002012-07-06T02:32:52.465-07:00Idelle,

Thank for a wonderfully informative post. I own a signed copy (from you) of Your Brain After Chemo that I won in a giveaway, and it is an outstanding book and validates what I've been telling doctors all along.Beth L.
